The terms for using this website, applying and booking a call.

Using this website

These terms cover your use of this website, the application form and the call booking. By using them you agree to these terms. They do not cover a partnership itself: if we work together, a separate written partnership agreement sets the terms of that work.

What the website does

The website explains how SWFT Ops partnerships work and lets you apply and book a call with a partner. Applying or booking does not create a partnership or any obligation for either side.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and applying for yourself or for a business you are allowed to represent.

Information you give us

Please give accurate answers in the application. You keep ownership of everything you send us. You allow us to store and use it to review your application, prepare for the call and contact you, as described in our privacy policy.

What you may not do

Submit applications in someone else's name or with false details.
Book calls you do not intend to attend, or hold times to block others.
Scrape, copy or resell the site content, or use automated tools to submit forms.
Try to break, overload or get around the security of the website.

Calls

Calls happen on Google Meet. Please cancel or reschedule from your confirmation link if you cannot attend. We may cancel a call with notice, for example if an application turns out not to fit, and will tell you why.

No promise of results

Figures on this website describe specific past or current engagements. They are not typical and are not a promise of what you will earn. See the results disclaimer.

Our content

The text, design and graphics on this website belong to SWFT Ops or are used under licence. Stock photos and video are licensed from Pexels. You may share links to the website but not copy its content for commercial use.

Liability

The website is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot promise it always will be. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
