Our method

How we think, and how we run each part

  • + 8 working principles
  • + 8 playbooks
  • + Written down, so you can check us against them

The principles behind every decision, then the playbook for each part of the work: the steps in order, the numbers we watch and the mistakes we refuse to make.

Principles

Eight rules we work by

When a decision is unclear, these settle it. They are also the standard you can hold us to.

01

The offer comes before the funnel

A funnel can only sell what the offer promises, and paid traffic only makes a weak offer fail faster. We spend the first weeks on your buyers' words, the promise, the price and a small test with real buyers. Pages, ads and calendars come after that.

02

One constraint at a time

Every business has one step that holds the rest back: the offer, the traffic, the conversion or the retention. We find it, fix it, and only then move to the next. Changing six things at once teaches nothing, so we change one and read the result.

03

Cash per booking over vanity metrics

Views, clicks and cheap leads are easy to produce and easy to misread. We judge ads, setters, closers and offers on cash per booking and closed sales, because those numbers are hard to bend. A cheap lead who never shows is the most expensive lead there is.

04

Honest claims only

We describe what the buyer receives and to whom it applies. We do not promise an income, a number with a deadline, or a scarcity that does not exist. It is the right thing to do, and it also keeps ad accounts alive and brings buyers who stay.

05

The coach stays the face

Your audience follows you, not us. Setters and assistants use their real names and roles, nothing is sent as if you wrote it when you did not, and we never answer as you. We take the work off your plate without taking your voice.

06

Systems you can open yourself

Every account, tool and subscription sits in your name, and every figure comes from a system you can log into. You never have to take our word for a number. If we stopped tomorrow, you would keep the pages, the data and the playbooks.

07

Delivery is part of the growth plan

Buyers who feel they got value refer others, write testimonials and do not ask for refunds. Before we add demand, we ask what breaks if the number of buyers doubles. If the answer is delivery, we fix that first.

08

Test small, then scale in steps

A new concept gets a fair, small test before it gets a big budget, and a winner is scaled in steps, not jumps. We keep part of the spend for new ideas, because every ad tires and every script goes flat. Cheap tests protect your cash and tell us what is true.

The playbooks

Eight playbooks, one system

The four service pages cover what we build. These cover how we run it week to week, one at a time.

Playbook 01

Launches and webinars

A live event your audience can attend, with every step from registration to booked call measured.

A webinar or launch works when the offer is ready for a cold viewer, the audience is big enough, and the follow-up is as carefully built as the event. We start warm with your own followers, find the weak rung, and only then put ad money behind it. Many creators do not need a webinar at all, and we say so when that is the case.

What we measure

  • Cost per registrant
  • Opt-in rate
  • Peak show rate
  • Retention to the pitch
  • Booking rate
  • Show rate on booked calls
  • Close rate on held calls
  • Cash per booking
  1. 01

    Check readiness first

Could a stranger buy this after a short event and a few emails? Is the audience large enough to fill a room, and does the offer need teaching before it sells? If the answer is no, a short video with an application or a DM funnel fits better.

  2. 02

    Pick the shape

A webinar, a challenge, a small paid cohort or a quiet launch into your existing content. A creator who has never sold starts with a cohort and a handful of buyers. A creator with a warm list can go straight to a live event.

  3. 03

    Write for a cold viewer

Three to five teaching pillars, a clear promise, a transition into the offer, then the pitch and a question session that keeps returning to the next step. You record it, in your own voice, from a script we draft with you.

  4. 04

    Build the page set

A registration page with a real date and time zone, a thank-you page with short breakout videos, an application and a confirmation page. Every page repeats the promise the ad makes, so nobody feels misled.

  5. 05

Run it warm, then model it cold

The first event goes to your followers and list. We fix delivery week by week, then work the numbers backwards from the return you need before any paid traffic starts, and set a benchmark for each rung from ad click to close.

  6. 06

    Build the show-rate stack

A confirmation page with a short video, a few emails before the event, texts that arrive at the right hours, and a group chat for people who want one. We start the run-up a few days out, because inviting too early lowers attendance.

  7. 07

    Follow up every branch

A replay page, one sequence for attendees and one for people who missed it, setters on every lead who has not booked, and an outcome form after every call. A second live session is only called one if it is really live.

What we avoid

A webinar for the wrong offer

A simple done-for-you service or a very small audience rarely needs one. A format that does not match the buyer wastes a month of build time.

Optimising for a shallow event

Telling the ad platform that a registration is the goal brings poor leads. We point it at a qualified application or a purchase.

Judging a concept on a tiny test

A small spend that finds nothing proves nothing. We set a fair budget per concept first, and we scale winners in steps.

Fake urgency and staged live

No timers that reset for each visitor, no spots that do not exist, no recording shown as live to people who believe it is live.

Next step

See if your audience is a fit

Watch the walkthrough, answer six questions, pick a time. The call is with one of the three partners.
