01 Offer and funnel

An offer your audience already asks for, and a funnel that books the calls

We start with what your followers write in your comments and DMs, because a funnel can only sell what the offer promises. From that we shape one clear offer, set a price we can defend, and build the video, pages and booking flow around it. We test on real buyers before any ad money goes in.

Watch how it works

How we do it

Seven steps, in this order

The offer comes before the funnel. We spend the first two weeks on research and the offer, not on pages.

  1. 01

    Intake

A voice note from you, your offer documents, DM and comment exports, past sales call recordings, and your audience's region and age, because those change the offer and the price.

  2. 02

    Read the audience

Your best 10 to 20 pieces of content, the themes that land, the recurring questions in comments, the saves, and which calls to action worked.

  3. 03

Write the buyer in their words

One buyer, their pains, objections and the exact phrases they use, so every asset after this speaks to one person.

  4. 04

    Audit what you sell now

Is there a real mechanism, is every pain matched to a deliverable, is the outcome specific, is the price able to survive paid traffic.

  5. 05

    Draft the offer and price

From the realistic yearly outcome of a successful client, adjusted for your authority, access and audience, then tuned against the close rate once calls run.

  6. 06

    Validate small

A first group of around ten buyers, or a one-week test from a story to an application. Calls with those buyers shape the next version.

  7. 07

    Build the funnel

Format chosen by buyer, traffic and price. Headline first, video second, then application, calendar, confirmation page, reminders, and every branch mapped.

What you get

What offer and funnel includes

01

Audience research

Buyer, pains, objections and phrases from your own comments, DMs and calls.

02

Offer document

Promise, mechanism, deliverables mapped to pains, and tiers in plain language.

03

Price and payment structure

The price logic, the tier ladder and payment plan options, written down.

04

Offer audit

What stays, what goes, and where each current product sits on the ladder.

05

VSL or webinar script

Written for a cold viewer. You record it.

06

Pages

Landing page, application, booking and confirmation, one job per page.

07

Reminder sequences

Email and text for every branch, plus a personal text from whoever takes the call.

08

Funnel map and tracking

UTMs, events and a stage-by-stage sheet so the weakest step shows.

Formats we choose between

We pick the format to fit you

Offer types

  • High-ticket coachingWhen buyers can pay four figures, you can give real access, and paid traffic has to cover its cost.
  • Group or cohortThe same outcome for 20 or 200 students over a set length, often 8 to 12 weeks.
  • Done with youBusiness niches where the student implements and wants help alongside them.
  • Course or communityA front end for smaller budgets, or continuity after the main programme.

Funnel types

  • VSL and applicationBusy buyers, done-for-you or B2B offers, steady long-form traffic.
  • WebinarTeachable offers where the buyer needs education and trust first.
  • Challenge or live launchA creator with a warm list who sells little or nothing yet.
  • Profile funnelSmaller audiences and saturated markets, with a strong setter behind it.

What we measure, what we avoid

The numbers we watch every week

  • Application completion
  • Qualified rate
  • Booking rate
  • Show rate
  • Close rate on held calls
  • Cash per booking
  • Earnings per visitor
  • Share of leads contacted

Writing only for warm followers

It sells on organic and fades on cold traffic. We test whether a stranger could buy.

Underpricing

The cost of acquiring a buyer has to be covered by what the buyer pays.

An offer pile

A dozen products at once looks unstructured. One ladder is clearer.

Ad, page and video that disagree

The platform and the visitor both notice.

Bookings weeks out

Far bookings turn into no-shows. We keep the calendar close.
