This website is run by the founders of SWFT Ops, based in Latvia. Company registration is in progress, and the registered name, number and address will be published on this page once it is complete. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@swftops.com. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

We only collect what you give us in the application and booking, plus the technical data any website needs to run.

• Application: your name, email, the platform and handle you share, follower count, engagement level, what you sell and at what price, your revenue band and your goals, and the two consent choices.
• Booking: the time you pick, your time zone, and the email the invite goes to.
• Campaign tags: if you arrived through a link with tracking tags (for example utm_source), we store those tags with your application so we know which outreach worked.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and request logs kept by our host for security, and a counter tied to your IP address that limits form submissions to stop spam.

We do not collect payment details on this website and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

• To review your application and decide whether a partnership could work. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To schedule and hold your call, send the invite and reminders. Lawful basis: the same, and your consent to be contacted about the application.
• To keep the site secure and stop spam. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe service (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To send occasional emails about growing a coaching business, only if you ticked that box. Lawful basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

These providers process data on our behalf under data processing terms. Where data leaves the EU, it is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

• Applications and bookings that do not lead to a partnership: 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
• If we become partners, the application becomes part of the client record and is kept for the length of the partnership plus the period accounting law requires.
• Spam-protection counters: overwritten within a day.
• Host request logs: kept by Vercel for a short period under its own policy.

You can ask us to see, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@swftops.com from the address you applied with and we will answer within one month.

You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Latvia that is the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija), www.dvi.gov.lv. If you live elsewhere in the EU or the UK, you can contact your local authority.

If you live in California, you have similar rights to know, delete and correct your data, and we do not sell or share it for cross-context advertising.

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It only uses what is strictly necessary for the pages and forms to work, so there is no cookie banner. If we ever add analytics, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

This website is for business owners. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

All traffic is encrypted with TLS. The database is not reachable from the browser: every read and write goes through our server. If a breach puts your data at risk, we will tell the authority within 72 hours and tell you without undue delay.

When we change how we use your data, we update this page and the date below. If a change matters for an application or booking you made, we will email you.
